Chris Graham

Attorney

Chris is a born and raised Asheville native. A graduate of Asheville High, AB-Tech, and UNCA, Chris did not leave WNC until attending The University of Tennessee College of Law. He moved right back to Asheville, and has been a licensed NC attorney since 2018.

He has been a NC licensed attorney since 2018, and began his career in a way not many attorneys do: instead of joining a firm, Chris decided to see how the judicial system itself works from the inside, and was appointed as a Buncombe County Magistrate Judge, presiding over criminal matters from the very start. Determining first hand probable cause while working daily face to face with law enforcement has given Chris an inside view on criminal law that not many attorneys possess.
